RODE NTH-100MOverview

A Trustworthy Headset for Streaming, Gaming, and Content Creation The black RODE NTH-100M Over-Ear Headset pairs high-quality headphones with a detachable boom mic, providing excellent sound for content creation, audio/video production, gaming, podcasting, and streaming. Featuring 40mm dynamic drivers in over-ear, closed-back earcups, the NTH-100M delivers clear, balanced sound, a wide frequency range, and great isolation with no leakage. The boom mic’s omnidirectional electret-condenser capsule ensures clear and natural voice recording..

Detachable Boom Microphone

The NTH-mic plugs into the 3.5mm jack and features a 4.8″ boom for optimal sound quality.
The microphone’s forgiving omnidirectional pickup pattern allows the wearer to move comfortably while helping to provide consistent volume levels.
A splitter cable and an 8′ detachable cable with a 3.5mm TRRS plug for use with your phone or mobile device are provided.

For the Sake of the Sound

Carefully designed, the NTH-100M shows every detail in your audio, from single sounds to final mixes.
The earcups fit the ear perfectly for great sound, with memory foam cushions blocking out noise.
The headphones’ low impedance and high sensitivity make them easy to use with any interface, mixer, amp, or mobile device.

Precision-Matched Drivers

Each earcup features a custom voice coil with a four-layer core made of ultrahigh-tension aluminum alloy mated to a three-layer Mylar diaphragm.
Rare-earth neodymium magnets and an NTG5-inspired phase plug ensure accurate frequency and phase response for a clear listening experience.

All-Day Listening Comfort

The NTH-100M features ergonomic earcups with bidirectional adjustment and memory foam cushions, crafted for maximum comfort.
The headphones offer excellent sound isolation and a custom fit for any head size or shape, including glasses wearers.

Earpads and headband cushions use Alcantara fabric, providing premium comfort, breathability, and softness like sports cars and high-end fashion.
CoolTech gel in the cushions absorbs heat, cooling your ears and reducing fatigue during long sessions for creators and podcasters.

The Same Fit Every Time

The adjustable headband with Rode’s FitLok system locks earcup positions, ensuring a perfect, consistent fit every time.
A smooth turn of each FitLock side easily locks or unlocks the headband adjustment while wearing the headphones.

Flexible Cabling, Versatile Options

Ports on both earcups allow for flexible cable and mic placement, while the locking connector stops accidental unplugging.
The flexible, easy-to-roll cable is also very durable, replaceable by the user, and has built-in strain relief.

The headphones come with a 3.5mm TRS cable and a screw-on 1/4″ adapter for use with most devices.
For headset use, a splitter cable and a 7.8′ TRRS cable are included.
Cable options in 7.9 and 3.9 lengths and different colors match the four channels in Rode Connect and RODECaster Pro.

In It for the Long Haul

The stainless steel headband endured 25 years of pressure tests; the headphones passed climate, water, drop, and scratch tests.
The earcup wires withstand over 55 pounds of force, while the cable and sockets handle over 26 pounds of force.
Each earcup has three markers: colored rings, braille dots, and L/R letters, regardless of the cable connection.

Modular Design to Customize Your NTH-100M

The NTH-100M has a modular design: you can customize the earpads, headband, and cable in four colors. This extends headphone life and lets you match your style.
